Cardinal RG over Bahamian Waters

This picture was taken over the Bahamas on a 10 day vacation trip. We flew down to Florida, out to Georgetown, stayed at Crooked island and generally flew around the area.

If you look closely you may see my wife and me in the front seats. For a closer look, stop by my office and see the 8x10. We were in close formation, perhaps 20 feet off the wing of the photo plane, but we've done a lot of that.

The only problem is that I had to watch the photo plane pretty closely, so I missed seeing the scene in person. Photo work is always like that.. like seeing your kids walk for the first time on a .5 inch B/W camcorder monitor.

Our airplane is a Cessna® Cardinal RG. and we love to fly it around the country.

The rest of the time it lives in it's hanger in our back yard at the airport where we live
